NEW THIS YEAR

NEW THIS YEAR

Now in its fourth year, Write on the Red Cedar is always evolving to provide writers with the best conference experience for the most reasonable price. To that end, we have several new features this year to help you build the perfect conference for you at the perfect price tag for you!

longer, more in-depth workshops

We listened to your feedback! Based on surveys from our last conference, we restructured Write on the Red Cedar to feature longer, more in-depth workshops that will give you more time with each speaker and to dig into your own work as you go.

individualized story coaching

Based on the success of the manuscript reviews we added last year (and are continuing this year), we are offering an even more in-depth story coaching package this year for writers who need a little more help with their stories. There are two levels of coaching available -- advanced coaching with Michael Hauge, and beginner/intermediate coaching with Louise Knott Ahern.
